Day 1 : My Departure to Bangkok

Day 1: Departure to Bangkok (January 20th 2018)

I was so much excited that today was our departure to Bangkok, Thailand. I woke up earlier just because I can’t wait to visit VRU and could accomplish all requirements for SEA Teacher program. I went home at 5.40 and arrived at pattimura international airport on 6.35. we had our check in at 7.15 and waited for about only 40 minutes before our flight to UPG (Ujung Pandang) at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport. About 2 hours lifted in flight to UPG, we`ve our flight to CGK (Soekarno Hatta International Airport). Arrived there, we`ve just met some problems. It was about our flight back ticket. The immigration officer postpones us about 15 minutes until they`d let us on board on our air craft and have our flight. About 4 hours in airplane (but I feel it`s about 6 hours and 36 minute) before arrived at Swarnabhum International Airport. Arrived there, we`ve filled all the immigration arrival form to ensure that we`re legal immigrant. After all, we claimed our belongings in baggage pass and went out the airport, but before went out, Miss Vi`ew just found us (especially she wanted to meet me) and she took me to mini bus that bring me here, in Valaya Alongkorn Rajabhat University, a warm and polite environment I’ve ever found. They were so kind to me, they offered many of help, being my translator, because I could even speak Thai Language. I had a very good room, and still waiting for my roommate from other country. And now, I compose this journal just for making myself sleepy. I hope tomorrow I’ll find a new kind and warm things here, in Bangkok.

Day 11 February 1 st 2018 Well, we`re just went back to had our observation again. Today, I observed my lovely class, yeah they were 1/3. They were so kind, the class running well, class situation was good. Teacher gave them a good starts with a brainstorming about their material. Then, teacher prepare all stuffs that all students need, some equipment and ingredients, because they will had some experiments. Then teacher divide students into 6 group. After that, teacher gave them a worksheet and they should had their team work. Today, they discussed about complete and incomplete flower. After observing, students presented their team work in front of class.

Day 5 January 24 th 2018 Yesterday Mr. Adam already told us that we will have some activities today. Yeah, the English Camp that usually been held by VRU demonstration school every single Wednesday and Friday. We arrived at VRU demonstration school at 7.00 am, and they lead us to school ballroom. After 30 minutes, students arrived in ballroom and we were welcoming them. They are all students of Satit Secondary school on Matthayom 1-6. After a brief explanation from their teachers, they were moved to garden (school garden) and we were divided into 5 groups with each have 3-4 teachers. I teached Weather and Temperatures. It was so fun teach them with whole vocabularies about it. Anggun, one of my friend also assisted me to teach. They enjoy my explanation and follow every pronunciation. Day 17 February 7 th 2018 Today, I’ve just prepared myself for my teaching practice tomorrow. I was a little bit nervous, and somehow felt so scared if then I couldn`t did my best. I`ve just prepared from the morning (08.00 am) to evening (9 pm). All the time that I spent was for the lesson plan, student worksheet, student reflection sheet, equipment, and any other assessment tools. I`ve just took my sleep earlier than usual because somehow, I thought that it should be like that, so I would woke up in the morning with a fresh condition.
